Ron Hayden of Mountain Home receives the 2014 Win Paul Rockefeller Leadership Award for outstanding service to literacy from Barbara Hanley, Arkansas Literacy Councils Inc. chairman, at the recent Arkansas Literacy Council’s annual luncheon at the Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock. Twin Lakes Literacy Council nominated Hayden for his work promoting and sustaining literacy initiatives in Arkansas, and especially in Baxter County.
